What is purpose ?
A person's "purpose" refers to the "why" of their life - God's big idea associated with their existence. AFECAM believes that all the skills, talents and abilities in us must be used to fulfill a specific purpose (both individual and collective), hence the emphasis on purpose discovery and talent/skill development.
Why target students?
Most of tomorrow’s leaders are today’s students. Someone rightly said, “The heart of education is the education of the heart”. We can therefore extrapolate to conclude that the absence of Heart transformation has been the root cause of the moral decadence and spiritual bankruptcy witnessed today in student milieus.
What is strategic evangelism?
Strategic evangelism is evangelism using methods that the target can easily relate and identify with. The methods are tailor-made and often unconventional, like inviting the targets to a choreography show or an academic seminar. These are just baits specifically designed to capture the targets' attention so we can powerfully convey our life-transforming message to them.

What is ASOM?
Academy school of Ministry (ASOM) is a forum for career orientation, socio-economic empowerment and moral development. It’s a platform where young people and students from all State Universities and other institutions of higher learning meet for one week to sharpen themselves for their future.
Through ASOM, many youths have discovered their purpose in life, sharpened their leadership skills, improved their patriotism, advanced their morality and improved their economic skills, amongst others.

What is Leadership Summit?
In keeping with AFECAM’s purpose, SUMMIT is the annual assembly of all leaders and aspiring leaders within AFECAM. Usually held in the month of December, SUMMIT is a forum within which students are imbibed with leadership skills, drilled on the vision of AFECAM and spiritually imparted to meet challenges of the coming year.
